I support boards (and trusts, committees and all the other types of governance structures!) to thrive using values-based governance and leadership. As an experienced company director and chair, I advise governance boards at a point of change, a strategic impasse or stuck in the weeds with BAU. Being on a board can be daunting, with the liability and complexity of what’s required.

I have served on boards such as Lotto NZ, Accuro Health Insurance, Ember Wellbeing and Youthline and bring a wealth of experience, as well as being a lead facilitator for the Institute of Directors for their Company Directors Course. My background as an occupational therapist working in mental health gives me an expert lens into wellbeing and resilience, communication and conflict resolution. I am also a trained coach through the Neuro Leadership Institute (Daivid Rock). I work with companies at their pace, where they need to focus.
