As a Strategy and M&A Advisor, I work with boards and organisations to facilitate strategy development and reset; and I provide consulting and hands-on execution support for strategic projects, such as acquisitions, post merger integration, divestments and complex transformations.

As an Executive Coach, I work with individuals as they step into a more senior role, lead their business or teams through uncertainty or simply need clarity on their career path. Having been a Big 4 Strategy & Transactions Partner myself, I specialise in working with individuals in professional services and often support them on their path to Partner.
