As an Executive Coach and Strategy Advisor, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership and execution – I help organisations to deliver on their strategy and coach leaders through the complexities that come with it.

My background in strategy, M&A and organisational transformation, including as a Big 4 Partner and General Manager, means that I understand the complex environments my clients are operating in. I bring a commercially grounded, real-world perspective to coaching, helping leaders step back, get clear on what matters, make confident decisions and lead more effectively.
