Connected Leadership: Wisdom for Women Who Lead

Based on the two books she published this year and her solo theatre show, Sue Watson’s talk is a deeply personal and practical reflection on the current reality for women in leadership and a hopeful guide for navigating systemic challenges.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience researching, coaching, and advocating for women leaders, Sue combines authentic storytelling, proven coaching frameworks, and real-life experiences to offer wisdom and actionable insight.

The core message is that leadership is not meant to be done alone; it is shaped through courage, connection, and lived experience.
