In this inspiring and deeply personal keynote, Luci Harrison shares her remarkable journey of reinvention through career change, burnout, chronic fatigue, menopause, and nearly losing her home during the 2023 Auckland floods. 

With honesty, humour, and practical wisdom, Luci reveals how life's greatest challenges can become our greatest opportunities for growth. 

Drawing on her experience as an international award-winning photographer, wellness educator, founder of Balance Bloom Pilates, author of Your Menopause Balance, and leader of Auckland's Red Stickered Residents community, Luci shares powerful lessons on resilience, leadership, adaptability, and the courage to begin again.
