Our speaker is Camille Hughes – The Alchemist of Change

Camille Hughes is a transformation expert, visionary leader, and entrepreneur who has turned adversity into impact. From a childhood shaped by hardship in rural New Zealand to surviving workplace trauma, including sexual assault, Camille has faced profound challenges. Yet, through resilience and radical self-leadership, she rebuilt her life—scaling a business with her husband, selling it successfully, and achieving financial independence.

Known as “The Alchemist of Change,” Camille has a rare ability to diagnose business inefficiencies, build high-performing teams, and drive companies to success. Acting as a chief of staff-style force ****she identifies what’s broken, finds the right people to fix it, and transforms operations from the inside out.

Five years ago, Camille’s body shut down—an undeniable signal that past trauma had caught up. This moment catalyzed her greatest transformation yet: deep healing, self-discovery, and a commitment to sharing her story. Now, Camille’s most important project is herself —using her voice to inspire others through speaking engagements, writing, and thought leadership.

Her mission? To challenge norms, champion mental health and neurodiversity, and help others harness adversity as fuel for growth.
