Our guest speaker is Treza Gallogly, End-of-life Doula

Living for today, talking about tomorrow.

Treza Gallogly is an End-of-life Doula.  She works with those who are ageing, or living with terminal illness, to help them navigate and take control of their journey, in order to live the best lives that they can, for as long as possible.  It is a non-medical, holistic role, accompanying, empowering and advocating for her clients.

She also works with well people, to open up the all-important conversations about what your choices would be in the event of severe illness or accident, where you either couldn’t communicate, or worse still, died.

Treza’s career has spanned nursing, producing TV commercials, and international trade consultancy, among other things.  She’s living proof that it’s never too late to change direction!

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge around the state of our society when it comes to Death.  It’s the one thing we can be sure of, and she can promise, that talking about death won’t kill you.
